操作流程：
1 启动电源开关，电源指示灯指示；
2 合上压力手柄（调整压力适中）；
3 将温控器调至所需温度，温度达到设定值时指示灯熄灭，
即可以开始工作；
4 将定时器调至所需时间；
5 将转印帽子放在下烫板上，再放上烫画纸（请注意烫画纸的正反面），将手柄向下压直至终点；
6 烫印时间控制时间到时，蜂鸣器响，即将手柄向上提起至原位。

※烫画机采用气动摇摆省力省时，操作方便。

维护事项：
1．压力：如压力不够或太大，请先松动调压螺丝，然后转动调压螺母调节压力大小，调节完毕后上紧锁定调压螺丝；
2．温度：当设备到达设定温度后发热板不发热，请检查温控器接线同时确认热电偶是否有损坏（温控器0℃时大约在15分钟到达180℃）；
3．时间：设定时间到达不警报（蜂鸣器不响）或警报不断（蜂鸣器不停止），请检查机尾箱内的微动开关接触点是否距离适中，如有导常请调整到适当位置；
