概述：      

   SDPW系列电脑一体化喷墨制网系统，该产品采用先进的技术、是在激光照排感光原理

基础上，开发出的一种新型的制网设备 ，在降低使用成本和环保的要求下 ，已经成为激光照排设备理想的升级换代产品。喷墨制网机产品制网过程十分简便，制网机读取经电脑分色处理生成的图象文件后 ，用本公司专用喷墨打印软件进行工艺处理和排版 ， 驱动喷墨打印头在涂有感光胶的平网上打印花型图案，经感光晒网后即可获得生产用的网版。

SDPW平网喷墨制网系统特点：

 1．低成本：采用喷墨直接制网，无须其它中间介质 ，直接获取生产用平网。同时，喷墨制网液成本较低，可大大节约制网开支。经测算，制网的成本在每平方8元以内(注：满幅需要12毫升溶剂，常规需要6毫升左右)。

 2．高精度：SDPW系列喷墨制网机产品采用高精度交流伺服系统，打印定位精度高达0.015毫米；采用热发泡式微粒爆发喷墨头，制网精度为300DPI/600DPI可选 ， 采用压电式喷墨打印头，制网精度为360DPI/540DPI/720DPI/1080DPI/1440DPI可选，满足所有印花和印刷丝网的制网要求，可实现高精度的云纹、细线条等图案，提高产品品质，减少胶片曝光的网点损失，同时解决拼版问题。

3．速度快：SDPW系列喷墨制网机制网产品制网速度较传统设备大幅提高，达4分钟/平方米。
