一．适用：

棉布，化纤布，毛衣、毛巾或其它高要求无手感的织布涂料印花，印在面料上手感超软。

二.特性

本品是一种新技术、新突破反应性基因的高分子共聚粘合剂，属阴离子型，在织物上可起到交联及自交联作用。

由于本产品具有无手感特性，用本产品印出来的产品手感与染料印花手感一模一样，因此用涂料印花代替染料印花变为可能。手搓轻微泛白，水洗后手感超柔软，干湿擦牢度好，干湿擦达到3-4级，摩擦痕迹不明显，本品不含甲醛，不含壬基苯酚，不含邻苯二甲酸酯，因此是织物印花最理想的无毒性环保产品。

三.外观组成及说明：

故障与排除：

1、牢固度欠佳大概有以下几种可能性造成：

1、布料不是绵布，布面比较光滑，或布面残留柔软硅油太多

指引：增加CH-701仿活性固浆的份量，或添加1～1.5%催化剂可以将牢固度提升1～2倍．

2、天气潮湿，浆面没有充分干透

指引：150度烘1～2分钟或150度压烫10～15秒，一般要完全干透24小时后才能达到最佳洗水牢度。

3、色浆加量超10%以上

指引：选用浓度更高的色浆即可降低色浆的使用比例。

一．Substrates :

Cotton ,chemical fabric,sweater，towel or other high requirement,no hand feeling fabric pigment printing, print on the fabric with soft hand feel.

二．Features 

This product is a new technological,new breakthrough reactive polymer adhesive, belongs to anion,it can reach the effect of crosslinking or self-crosslinking on fabric.

Due to this product with a feature of no hand feeling, the effect of product which used this product to print can be same as pigment printing.so that use pigment printing instead of dye printing has been a possibility.It becomes slightly white after hand rubbing,super soft hand feel after washing,excellent performance of wet and dry rub,it can reach 3-4 degree,The marks of friction are not obvious.

This product no contains formaldehyde,nonylphenol and phthalate, so that this product is the most ideal non-toxic environmental product.

三．Appearance composition and specification

Troubles and elimination:

1.The ability of fastness do not well could be caused by several possibilities as follow:

1.The fabric is not cotton, the surface is smooth or the surface exists too much soft silicone oil.

Guidance： increase the amount of CH-701 reactive paste or add 1~1.5% catalyst could improve the ability of fastness one or two times.

2.In wet weather, the surface of paste without dry completely.

Guidance:Baking 1~2 minutes at 150℃ or heat pressure10~15secondsat 150℃，it could reach the best ability of wash after drying 24hours.

3.The amount of pigment paste more than 10%

Guidance:adopting higher concentration pigment paste so that it can reduce the rate of pigment paste.
